Lu Jian said that the signing of the Agreement is an important achievement in promoting trade facilitation in the Asia-Pacific region。The conclusion of the Agreement not only shows the political will and determination of countries in the region to firmly promote trade facilitation and follow the path of open economic development, but also provides a common framework for countries to standardize the single-window system, establish a unified interface for electronic trade documents and realize mutual recognition of cross-border quality and commodity inspection。

It is reported that since August 2012, China began to carry out paperless customs clearance reform, and by April 2014, China's paperless customs clearance has achieved full coverage of all customs clearance business sites and business areas。
